Steam sterilisation When the manufacturing in the air conditioned and air controlled clean room is completed, the next production step will take place in the sterilization chamber (two chamber steam sterilisation). In accordance with the relevant validation regulations the containers with the products will be placed into the sterilisation chamber and the products a being sterilized with condensated steam. |

Screen printing - Control of printing design With the company's own injection moulding machines for manufacturing first-aid boxes, HEPP is able to produce several thousand first-aid boxes a day, for example for vehicles (DIN 13164-B) and firms (DIN 13157-C) in almost any colours. Our two screen printing machines allow an individual, multi-coloured artwork. |
