New substances for REACh candidate list

On December 16, 2013 the European Chemicals Agency has added further chemical substances to the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for Authorisation. The list comprises now 151 different substances.

Companies are advised to check the potential obligations that result from this listing.  In conformity with our obligence to provide information according to § 33 of the REACh regulation we herewith declare to the best of our knowledge that  the new substances which have been added to the candidate list are not to be found in our products exceeding  a mass percentage of 0.1. Should we gain further, contradictory information we will immediately contact the customers concerned.
