REACH Regulation / Chemicals Act

The European Chemicals Act requires every company to inform its customers about chemicals in its products. This applies in particular to chemicals on the REACH candidate list.

In accordance with REACH Regulation Art. 33, we inform our customers about the latest publications of the European Chemicals Agency ECHA and refer to the current candidate list.

In accordance with our obligation to provide information under Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, we hereby declare that we do not currently assume that our products contain more than 0.1 per cent by mass of the new substances on the candidate list.

Should we receive information to the contrary, we will fulfil our obligation to provide information in accordance with Art. 33 of the REACH Regulation and inform the affected customers individually.

For further information on the individual ingredients, please refer to the official ECHA website with reference to the new candidate list.

‘REACH Regulation’ Extension of the candidate list

Extension of the candidate list – hazardous substances

In accordance with the information obligation of the REACH Regulation Art. 33, we inform you that the European Chemicals Agency ‘ECHA’ has updated the candidate list in January 2024. The list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) now includes 240 hazardous substances.
